Our items are fulfilled through <strong>trusted third-party partners<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Printful<\/strong> for custom-made apparel (e.g. t-shirts, hoodies)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Syncee<\/strong> for selected natural cosmetics and wellness items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All products are <strong>made to order or sourced per purchase<\/strong>, which helps minimize overproduction and supports sustainable practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We accept payments through secure third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Syncee Products<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping times and availability may vary depending on the supplier. Returns and Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Because items are made to order or sourced directly from suppliers, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you receive a <strong>defective, damaged, or incorrect item<\/strong>, contact us within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of delivery. We will coordinate with Printful or Syncee to arrange a replacement or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No refunds will be given for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wrong item size\/color selected by the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change of mind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays outside our control (e.g. postal services or customs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been sent to production (usually within a few hours after purchase).
